Our pieces are created with the highest quality materials. Therefore we recommend you to DRY CLEAN ONLY, when necessary. To preserve the garments for a lifetime of enjoyment, we recommend our pieces be hung in the garment bag unless otherwise noted for specific items.
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to customer care right away.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
HILÁ is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

The size guide serves as a general guideline for helping you find your size in HILÁ. If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, you can always reach out to our Customer Care team. Please include your bust, waist, and high hip/low hip measurements with your note and we will be more than happy to help you figure out what size fits you best.
Once we have received your order, merchandise will be dispatched within 2-3 working days and delivered to your provided address within your selected shipping timeframe. All delivery times are approximate, although we hope to get you our beautiful pieces as fast as we can.
Please note that delays may occur in some countries due to customs processing. We cannot control the amount of time a specific country takes to process a customer order and backlogs do regularly occur in some countries such as Russia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and some European nations.
